Hexdumping data

For debugging purposes there are a couple of useful commands to handle the printing of event data:

ra/xd <number-of-longwords>     # dump everything
ra/xd <number-of-longwords>  H  # dump only the event/subevent headers
ra/xd 0                         # switch off dumping
